Weekly Update: 4/9 - 4/15

Mon: Nothing

Tue: 9 mi (1:40, 2,000') Mesa to Bluestem - This took a few minutes longer due to a gastro pit stop.

Wed: 5 mi (1:16, 2,400') Green Mtn - Got a PR ascent of 44:50. This was the first evening trek up the mountain I've done. Very nice indeed.

Thu: 7.4 mi (1:16, 1,300') Mesa to North Shan - Beautiful morning after some evening showers. Mesa is quite green at the moment. Loving Spring.

Fri: Nothing

Sat: 19 mi (4:21, 6,100') SoBo Peak, Bear Peak, Green Mtn, Flagstaff Mtn - The first big trek of the season. I started in Eldo and headed up Shadow Canyon. Here are the splits:

Sobo: 1:08
Bear: 1:20
Green: 2:01
Flagstaff: 2:56
Chautauqua: 3:05

Sun: 7 mi (:59) Bobolink - Really slow recovery run from yesterday. The legs didn't feel too tired, but I'm hesitant to push things too quickly after a rather tough run just yet.
